NOTICE OF MEETINGS

PURDUE UNIVERSITY BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND ITS COMMITTEES

At the request of the respective committee chairpersons, meetings of the committees of the Board of Trustees will convene on Friday, February 9, 2018, in Stewart Center, Room 326, on the campus of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana as follows:

8:40 a.m. Academic Affairs Committee

8:45 a.m. Finance Committee*

8:50 a.m. Physical Facilities Committee*

8:55 a.m. Audit and Insurance Committee*

Additionally, and in accordance with the Bylaws, a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees will convene on Friday, February 9, 2018, at 9:00 a.m., or at the conclusion of the committee meetings, in Stewart Center, Room 326, on the campus of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Specific agenda items will be posted and distributed subsequently in the manner required by law.

If necessary, Trustees may participate in these meetings by means of electronic communication pursuant to Article III, Section 3 of the Bylaws and the Electronic Meeting Policy.
